Diagnosis. Male. Body dark brown. The metasoma lighter than the rest of the body. Wing pigmentation hyaline and matte. Relatively small size, maximum 15 mm in total length. Clypeus longer than wide, covered by short bristles, punctures unviewed; gena width at midlength equal to or slightly wider than eye, apex pointed, clypeus-eye touching for an extent equal to or greater than width of antennal socket; occipital carina strong, extending through entire gena; humeri slightly projecting; mesepisternum with short and dense bristles, with small and shallow punctation; propodeal concavity widely extended in the center, propodeal striae absent; tergum I longer than wide, with short and dense bristles, punctures weak, small and shallow; tergum II wider or as wide as long, bristles short and dense, weakly punctate.
