The species is distributed in Africa and Europe, and only one specimen was collected from commodity of
France
.
Papadoulis
et al
. (2009)
provided a detailed redescription, and mentioned that the species prefers to inhabit plants belonging to family
Lamiaceae
; we also found the species from a
Lamiaceae
plant.
