Kalloleptochelia robusta Guţu, 2016 Remarks. Guţu (2016) established the genus Kalloleptochelia , which comprises four species: K. maiorina Guţu, 2016 ( Réunion Island , western Indian Ocean), K. pauxilla Guţu, 2016 (Langkawi Island, Malaysia ), K. robusta (Bunaken Island, Indonesia ), and K. tenuicula ( Makkaveeva, 1968 ) ( Cuba ). In these publications, only the male characteristics were described, although the first morphological description of the female Kalloleptochelia species was probably mentioned in the redescription of Leptochelia tenuicula ( K. tenuicula ) from Martinique Island by Guţu (2011) . However, doubts were later raised regarding that particular species ( Guţu 2016: 132 ). According to Guţu (2016: 132) , the males of Kalloleptochelia species share similarities with those of Alloleptochelia , but they can be distinguished by certain distinct features: 1) the antennule peduncle article-1 is no longer than the carapace (longer than the carapace in Alloleptochelia species ); 2) the cheliped is shorter than the body (at least as long as the body in Alloleptochelia species ); 3) both the fixed finger and the dactylus of the cheliped have numerous denticles along the incisive margin (only a proximal apophysis, a few proximal denticles or smooth on fixed finger in Alloleptochelia species ).
