( Figs. 1A–D , 3A–H ) Description. Length (including wings): male 3.4–3.9mm ; female 4.2–4.4mm . Body covered with black reticulations. Numerous transverse striations on anterior margin of vertex; eyes black with inner edge reddish brown. Face black. Pronotum marked with white and black reticulations. Scutellum with brown and black reticulations with the end of the transverse line milky ( Figs. 1A–D ). Reticulations on forewing dense and dark ( Fig. 5A ) External characters as in generic description. Male genitalia. Pygofer side longer than broad, with short and long macrosetae near posterior margin ( Fig. 3A ). Subgenital plate extending beyond apex of pygofer, triangular; lateral margin slightly concave; on ventral side with a row of moderately long macrosetae and several short setae near the lateral margin and apex ( Fig. 3B ). Connective ‘Y’ shaped, similar in length to style ( Figs. 3D–F ). Aedeagus finger-like with gonopore on posterior side ( Figs. 3G–H ). Female 7th sternum shorter than wide, rectangular, apical margin slightly convex, with a median shallow concavity in the middle. Second pair of valvulae with end truncated, with dorsal teeth ( Fig. 3C ). Etymology. The specific epithet refers to the fingerlike aedeagus. Material examined. Holotype : ♂, CHINA , Shaanxi Prov., Yangling, 30-V-2013 , Zhong Haiying. Paratypes : 5♂ , 8♀, same data as the holotype . Remarks. This species can be distinguished from other species of this genus by the fingerlike aedeagus.
