) Cuticle annulated, in some species also showing punctations or longitudinal bars. Head slightly set off. Spicules usually short and arcuate, seldom long and slender; gubernaculum present, often bent distally but without dorso-caudal apophyses. Papilloid precloacal supplements may be present. Ovaries paired, outstretched.
