Collection and habitat data.
One individual of this species was captured during July in a Lindgren funnel trap in a mature hardwood forest with sugar maple (
Acer saccharum
Marsh.), American beech (
Fagus grandifolia
Ehrh.), and white ash (
Fraxinus americana
L.). Elsewhere,
Lisberg and Young (2003)
collected one specimen of this species from Queen
Anne's
lace (
Daucus carota
L.) and others from flight intercept and
malaise
traps in an oak barrens adjacent to a sand barrens and field.
Downie and Arnett (1996)
reported this species from basswood (
Tilia americana
L.) in Indiana.
Distribution in Canada and Alaska.
