( Figures 3 (b), 4(f), 6(b) and 13). Figure 13. Stegana (Oxyphortica) luchun Wang and Chen , sp. nov. , male terminalia. (a) epandrium, cercus and surstylus (lateral view); (b) surstylus (ventral view); (c, d) hypandrium, aedeagus and aedeagal apodeme (ventral and lateral views); (e) gonopods. Scale lines = 0.1 mm. Diagnosis This species is similar to S . ( O .) dainuo sp. nov. in the shape of aedeagus in ventral view, but differs by having the aedeagus not expanded outward on both sides of peristome, slightly protruded dorsally ( Figure 13 (c, d)). The 8.6% interspecific genetic distance to S . ( O ). dainuo sp. nov. is one of the smallest interspecific distances ascertained within this subgenus. Description Clypeus yellowish brown to dark brown. Palpus yellowish brown. Mesoscutum brownish yellow, with two pairs of broad, brownish longitudinal stripes each submedially and sublaterally ( Figure 4 (f)). Scutellum brown, dark brown along margin, yellow at tip ( Figure 4 (f)). Katepisternum yellow. Wing grey, greyish brown anterodistally ( Figure 3 (b)). Abdominal tergites: 1st yellow; 2nd and 3rd yellow medially, dark brown to black laterally, with one small dark brown patch on 2nd; 4th mostly dark brown to black, submedially with two yellow triangular patches along anterior margin. 5th and 6th mostly dark brown to black, yellow anteromedially ( Figure 6 (b)). Male terminalia: Epandrium undeveloped on posterolateral corners, with dense pubescence and setae ( Figure 13 (a)). Cercus pubescent above ( Figure 13 (a)). Surstylus small, lobe-shaped, with several setae each basally and apically ( Figure 13 (a, b)). Parameres absent ( Figure 13 (c, d)). Aedeagus sclerotized except peristome ( Figure 13 (c, d)). Gonopods medially broadened, hood-shaped ( Figure 13 (e)).
