These are medium-sized insects with preanal appendages very elongate in comparison with those of other hydropsychines ( Figs. 1 , 6 , 11 ). In the forewing, the distance between cross-veins m-cu and cu is long; hind wing cross-vein m-cu is present and clearly visible; hind wing forks I–III and V are present.
