V .2017 / Stanislav Jákl leg . Distribution : Bangladesh , India ( Arunachal Pradesh , Assam , Mizoram [ new state record ], Sikkim , Uttar Pradesh , West Bengal ), Myanmar , Nepal , Pakistan . Comments : Komiya & Drumont (2010) revised the genus Nepiodes Pascoe, 1867 , which currently comprises seven species and four subspecies. Nepiodes bowringi occurs in the Himalaya region and northern India from Arunachal Pradesh , Assam , Sikkim , Uttar Pradesh and West Bengal states ( Komiya & Drumont 2010 ; Kariyanna et al. 2017 ). The recent collection of specimens in the Mizoram State expands its geographic range to eastern India .
