Fully winged; body length 1.9–3.1 mm . Head black; mandible testaceous; antenna brown; meso- soma black; metasoma brown; legs testaceous, except metacoxa partly brown, club of metafemur and metatibia partly darkened. Antenna filiform, with setae shorter than breadth of antennomeres; antennomeres in following proportions: 6.5:4:5:5:4.5:4.5:4:4:4:7. Head shiny, very strongly punctate, unsculptured among punctures (punctures mostly strong and close on frons, similar to areolae); frontal line absent; occipital carina complete; POL = 5; OL = 3; OOL = 4; OPL = 3; TL = 3. Mesoscutum shiny, punctate, unsculptured among punctures (punctures very strong and close near anterior margin of mesoscutum). Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.6 × length of mesoscutum. Mesoscutellum and metanotum shiny, punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Metapectal-propodeal disc and propodeal declivity reticulate rugose, without longitudinal or transverse keels. In specimen from Madagascar , 20°02.42’S 44°39.44’E , propodeal declivity with two tracks of longitudinal keels (area betweense two tracks rugose). Forewing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein slightly longer than proximal part (8:7). Paramere ( Figs 86 C-E) with distal region broadened and with small inner distal branch not wrapping penis. Tibial spurs 1/1/2. ♀ . Uknown. Material examined .
