Diagnosis.
Female. Body strongly flattened. Eye placed forward on head. Clypeus short. Antenna with 11 flagellomeres. Occipital carina absent. Palpal formula 6:3. Notaulus nearly absent. Parapsidal signum present. Mesoscuto-scutellar suture sulcate. Metapectal-propodeal disc with lateral marginal, transverse posterior and metapostnotal median carinae. Mesofemur not dilated. Macropterous. Tegula present. Forewing with three pigmented closed cells (C, R and 1Cu); C cell narrow; 1Cu cell much shorter than R cell; pterostigma small and prostigma large.
