sp. nov.

Description.
Vertex and anterior part of pronotum sordid yellow, with large central black patch on vertex. Eyes black. Pronotum blackish brown near hind margin, with two greyish white impressions medially. Scutellum brownish black (

). Face fulvous, with anteclypeus, postclypeus and lorum blackish brown. Fore wing light brown. Male abdominal apodemes small, not exceeding 3rd sternite (

).
Male genitalia
: Pygofer with dorsal appendage basal half dark, pale and acute apically; ventral appendage elongate, extended dorso-caudally and tapering. Subgenital plate with 4 macrosetae in oblique row and row of short rigid setae along upper margin, about basal 1/3, with lobelike process arising from dorsolateral margin near base (

). Style with apex thin and truncate, very slim at base (

). Aedeagal shaft with pair of apical and basal processes; gonopore apical on ventral surface; preatrium broad and dorsal apodeme small (

). Connective Y-shaped, with lateral arms long; stem short, depressed (

Remarks.
This species is similar to
S
.
armata
Dworakowska (1976)
, but differs in having the aedeagus with paired basal processes (
Figs 46, 47
); the ventral appendage extended dorso-caudally (
Fig. 44
); and the connective with a well developed central lobe (
Fig. 48
).
Etymology.
The species is named for the
type
locality, Taoyuan.
