Diagnosis.
The new species is similar to
P. montanus
Paik,
1978
in the distal part of procursus, uncus and appendix of the male palp, but easily distinguished from the latter by the detailed structure of the procursus, uncus and appendix, the shape of epigynal knob and posterior plate of female (

Description.
Male

). Total length 5.20. Habitus as in

. Carapace 1.60 long, 1.50 wide, circular and yellow, with brown radiated stripes. Clypeus height 5 times of diameter of AME. AER 0.65, PER 0.72. AME 0.12, ALE 0.17, PME 0.16, PLE 0.17, AME-AME 0.05, AME-ALE 0.05, PME-PME 0.25, PME-PLE 0.04, AME-PME 0.08, and ALE-PLE 0.03. Medi- an ocular quadrangle, posterior side>height>anterior side (38:26:21). Sternum 0.75 long, 1.03 wide. Labium 0.33 wide. Leg measurements: I 38.60 (9.70, 0.60, 9.90, 16.00, 2.40), II 25.60 (7.20, 0.60, 6.30, 9.90, 1.60), III 17.90 (5.20, 0.60, 4.30, 6.60, 1.20), IV 23.60 (6.90, 0.60, 5.90, 8.80, 1.40). Leg I/c 24.03.
