Figs 1–4 , 14–15 , 26 Diagnosis . Mesoscutellum with strong large-meshed reticulation throughout ( Fig. 2 ). Mesoscutellum with strong reticulation throughout, with large meshes. Propodeum predominantly smooth and shiny, parts just lateral to median carina and posterior part with irregular sculpture; propodeal callus with seven setae. Fore wing with 6&7 setae on dorsal surface of submarginal vein. Petiole with very weak reticulation on dorsal surface; with a pair of long and strong setae on lateral part of anterior one-third, Colour. Body black, Gt 3-7 dark brown. Antenna with scape and pedicel yellowish-brown, flagellum dark brown. Legs with fore and mid coxae dark brown, hind coxa black; trochanters yellowish-white to white; fore femur dark brown with apex pale brown, mid femur pale brown with base and apex yellowish-brown, hind femur black with basal one-third yellowish-brown; fore and mid tibiae yellowish-brown, hind tibia dark brown with base yellowish-brown; tarsi yellowish-brown. Wings hyaline with part below stigmal vein infuscate.
