Male E. stigmosa can be separated from other species of Eurynassa by the following characters: pronotum with a pair of small shiny triangular area medially, lateral margin weakly crenulate; tibia and femur without or with very few spines along external margins; abdominal ventrites 1–4 with a pair of pits near lateral edges.
