This species is known by the original description from Lesbos. Females of A. parva are nearly indistinguishable from A. inopinata O. P.-Cambridge, 1886; howev- er, the males are easily distinguished by the large tibial apophysis and the shape of the tegular apophysis ( Figs 2b‒c ).
