Adventive in Canada. Comments. This adventive species was accidentally listed as occurring in Ontario in Klimaszewski et al. (2007a) and was subsequently included as occurring there in other accounts of adventive Aleocharinae ( Gouix and Klimaszewski 2007 ; Klimaszewski et al. 2010 ). The above data represent the first confirmed records of this species in Ontario, as early as 1925.
