Comments:
The distribution range of
T. occidentalis
in
Angola
is mostly limited to desert regions in
Namibe Province
, southwestern
Angola
; it also occurs in central and western
Namibia
as well as western
South Africa
(
Ceríaco
et al.
2016a
;
Marques
et al.
2018
). None of these specimens were published by
Ferreira (1904
,
1906
). Recently,
Ceríaco
et al.
(2016a)
collected the third published record for
Angola
from “Pico Azevedo” and sighted specimens (uncollected) near Espinheira camp,
Namibe Province
.
