. Body generally yellow, frontovertex with two pale brown stripes, occiput and malar space pale brown; antenna pale yellow to dusky yellow, clava brown; thorax yellow with a pair of faint brown stripes dorsally; fore wing infuscate; TI

TV of gaster each with a narrow, pale brown cross band; head about 2× as long as eye; palp formula 3

F5 anneliform; linear sensilla only on F6; clava 2-segmented; scutellum with about 13 setae; wings shortened, fore wing reaching less than halfway along gaster, well short of cercal plates; ovipositor about 3× mid tibia and 2.2× gonostylus.
