D i a g n o s i s: Mostly black, except each elytron 3 with three yellow maculae, anterior two fasciae proximal; elytral apex highly setose. D e s c r i p t i o n: Size: Length 6.0 mm; width 1.3 mm . Form: As in Fig. 17 . Head: Capitulum slightly acuminate; (EW/FW 20/80). Thorax: Elytral disc finely punctate; (PL/PW 90/90); (EL/EW 290/70). Abdomen: Female pygidium scutiform. E t y m o l o g y: The species name, cusco , constitutes a noun in apposition and refers to the type locality.
