Figs.: Dugdale (1971) . Remarks: Kaila (1999a: 166) raised antipodensis to species rank in a catalogue without providing supporting characters. This decision was based on the differences in male genitalia of the allopatric E. galatheae and E. antipodensis , in line with differences among other species in the E. bifasciella group in general.
