Sesleria anatolica var. voronovii Deyl (1946: 108) Lectotype (designated here, possibly holotype ) :—ABKHAZIA. Locus Daupera, prope mont. Büšcha, prata alp. [prata alpina], Lapid. [Lapidosis], 6600 ca., 4 August 1905 , Woronow 111 (W–Hackel-1916–0041994!). Image available at http://herbarium.univie.ac.at/ database/detail.php?ID=256937. Protologue information :—Habitat: locus Daupera pr. Büšcha, prata alpina lapid., 6600 m s. m., leg. Voronov, 4.VIII.1905 . Nomenclature:— Deyl (1946: 108) cited a single gathering and stated he had seen only one specimen deposited in the Vienna museum. As we are not sure whether duplicates of this specimen exist in some other European herbaria, we designate the specimen from W as lectotype , though it may be the holotype . On the specimen can be seen a Deyl’s undated label, with the name “ Sesleria anatolica var. autumnaloides ” (unpublished name), expressing his opinion regarding the similarity of the newly described variety with S. autumnalis (noted later in the protologue, Deyl 1946: 108 ). Taxonomy: —The name Sesleria anatolica var. voronovii is considered synonym of S. alba (Clayton et al. 2016) .
