Distribution.
This species has a similar distribution pattern than the preceding one ranging from Cape Breton Island (Bousquet 1987d: 105) to northern Minnesota (Petrice et al. 2002: 9), south to east-central Iowa (Iowa County, MCZ), Tennessee in the Great Smokies (CNC, MCZ), Georgia (Perrault 1973a: 37), and northwestern South Carolina (Ciegler 2000: 68). One old specimen labeled
"La."
(MCZ) is probably mislabeled.
