Material examined: 22 males , 14 females and 51 nymphs (3 samples, MONZ ) . Remarks: We regard this taxon as a subspecies because the differences between the populations of Pectinopygus from Fregata magnificens and Fregata minor refer to dimensions only. Therefore, in this case, we do not follow Price et al. (2003: 208) .
