Diagnosis.
This species is characterized by having dorsal setae thick, thorn-like, serrate, except j1 and J5 smooth; seta J2 about half as long as the distance between its base and the base of Z4; setae Z4 ca. 0.8 times as long as the distance between their bases; JV5 smooth; calyx of spermatheca funnel-shaped, ca. 20 times as long as width at its mid-length; atrium globular.

Dorsum. Dorsal shield 279 long and 150 wide; strongly reticulate, with roundish elements. Setae j1 17, j3 21, j4 15, j5 17, j6 28, J2 32, J5 9, z2 18, z3 21, z4 23, z5 21, z6 22, Z4 44, Z5 50,

, r3 21, R1 24. Setae thick, thorn-like, serrate, sharp-tipped, except j1 and J5, smooth; seta R1 inserted on membrane.
Peritreme. Extending to level of j1.
Venter. Sternal shield smooth, posterior margin indistinct, but apparently with a median lobe; distances between ST1-ST3 60, ST2-ST2 45. Genital shield smooth; distance between ST5-ST5 50. Ventrianal shield smooth, pentagonal, slightly constricted laterally, anterior margin convex, 95 long, 60 wide at level of ZV2, 51 wide at level of anus; setae JV2 and JV3 present; round preanal pores posteromesad to JV2. Caudoventral setae smooth and sharp-tipped.
Chelicera. Movable digit 20 long, with apparently 1 tooth; fixed digit 19 long, with 3 teeth and a
pilus dentilis
.
Spermatheca. Calyx funnel-shaped, 14 long; atrium nodular, wider than portion of calyx next to it.

Etymology.
The epithet
miniparvus
refers to similarity between this new species and the larger
K. parvus
.
Remarks.
Kuzinellus parvus
differs from this species by having seta J2 ca. 0.8 times (instead of ca. half as long as distance between its base and the base of Z
4 in
this new species) as long as distance between its base and the base of Z4, setae Z4 at least as long as distance between their bases and JV5 serrate.
