Diagnosis. ♀: apterous ( Figs 249A, B ); palpal formula 2/1; antenna with ADOs; pronotum not crossed by strong transverse furrow or weakly impressed ( Fig. 249B ); enlarged claw with one large subapical tooth and one row of lamellae ( Fig. 248C ); tibial spurs 1/0/1. ♂: fully winged ( Figs 249C, D ); occipital carina usually absent, oc- casionally incomplete, then present behind and shortly on sides of lateral ocelli; occiput concave; temple present; palpal formula 2/1; tibial spurs 1/1/2. Distribution. Worldwide. Hosts. Delphacidae (Guglielmino et al . 2013). World species. Six species are known, one in the Afrotropical region. Remarks. Larvae of Haplogonatopus were described by Hernandez & Bellotti (1984).
