TD: BMNH. Distribution in India : Kolkata ( Sevastopulo 1938 ), ( Holloway 2003 ). Elsewhere : Burma , Sri Lanka , India , Vietnam , Singapore , Borneo, Java ( Holloway 2003 ). Host Plant: Quisqualis , Terminalia ( Combretaceae ) ( Robinson et al ., 2001 ); Melastoma ( Melastomataceae ) and Eugenia ( Myrtaceae ) from Java ( Piepers and Snellen 1904 ). Remarks : Distribution of the species as suggested by László et al ., (2015) covers Indochina ( Burma , Thailand , Laos and Cambodia ), Island of Sri Lanka and the north-western part of the Sundaland (Sumatra and Borneo). However, the species was reared at Kolkata by Sevastopulo in 1938.
