A yellowish-brown species with a short, drop-like orbital spot; deeply concave face in lateral view; pedicel index about 4.5; hypandrium not produced basally in lateral view ( Fig. 8 ); aedeagus: midprojection absent; distiphallus longer than epiphallus ( Fig. 12 ); and epiphallus rounded, broader than in preceding species ( Fig. 16 ). Distribution. Known from the SE USA , Illinois, Tennessee, Kentucky, Maryland, South Carolina, Arkansas, Louisiana and Florida (map: Orth 1986 ). Material examined.
