Shape: visually transverse, Sides: markedly arcuate, Sides (modification): sinuate before posterior angles, Maximal width: at middle, Anterior margin: subequal to posterior. Anterior lobe . The species is known only from the male holotype . Diagnosis. The species is similar to A. paralleloides Jendek, 2011 from China in the size, in the color, in small eyes, in the subtriangular pubescence of apical third of elytra, in separately arcuate apices, and in the glabrous prosternal process in male. The new species can be distinguished by the obviously wide pronotum with markedly arcuate sides and by the arcuate sternal groove on apex of last ventrite. Type material. Holzschuh & Ressl”. Distribution. IRAN : Mazandaran . Etymology. The specific name is a noun in apposition and refers to the type locality.
