( Figs 16 , 46–49 ) Description. MALE. Length 3.5 mm . Head and mesosoma black, metasoma dark castaneous. Wings hyaline. Clypeus with median lobe trapezoidal, apical margin thick medially in frontal view, medially with diamond-shaped polished area; median carina complete, high and straight in profile, angled at apical margin. Frons strongly coriaceous, punctures little distinguishable from texture surface. Vertex almost straight. Notaulus present on anterior half of mesoscutum. Propodeal disc rugose. Hypopygium ( Fig. 16 ) with posterior margin with short and wide median emargination. Genitalia ( Figs 46–49 ). Basal parameral expansion conical. Basivolsella with rounded median expansion. Aedeagal ventral ramus very short, laminar, surface vertical, subrectangular in lateral view, ventral margin serrate. Aedeagal dorsal body with three pairs of apical lobes, outer pair laminar, surface strongly concave, outer face with serrate spine-shaped expansion ventrad, inner face projected apicad, dorsal margin strongly serrate; ventral pair laminar, surface vertical and concave, apex with spine-shaped dorsal corner and rounded ventral corner; inner pair membranous, hairy. Lateral median margin of aedeagus with rounded expansion. FEMALE unknown. Material examined. Holotype ♂, KENYA , Coast Prov., Funzi Island, near sea level, 4.57749°S 39.43825°E , Malaise trap, nr.
