35–47 mm
long (or rare 68), male
22– 35 mm
long. Proboscis almost cylindrical, rounded in apex. Hooks by Marval (1905) in 30–32 longitudinal rows of 7–10 hooks and 5–6 spines in each row. Eggs 52–60 × 18–20.
