Scale bars = 0.50 mm. Measurements. Body length: 18.3–23.2 mm . CL: 0.72; EL: 2.90; ELS: 1.32; EW: 3.42; HL: 2.85; HW: 3.34; PO: 1.48; PL: 3.60; PW: 3.28. Female. Second gonocoxite relatively long, with apical portion quite long and thin. Apical portion of tergite 10 markedly narrowed, strongly sclerotized. Distribution. Ocypus orodes is at present known from northwestern Sichuan Province .
