Thus, 15 Cossidae species of nine genera from the subfamilies Cossinae and Zeuzerinae are currently known from Zimbabwe . Expeditions were organized only to the east of the country, therefore the given list should be regarded as preliminary. We expect the list of Cossidae recorded from Zimbabwe to expand in future.
