Replacement name for Cicindela purpurea mirabilis Casey, 1914. Distribution. This subspecies, also known as the "Hatch's Tiger Beetle", ranges from Vancouver Island to the central region of the Sierra Nevada in California (Leffler 1987: 4). Records.
