Distribution and bionomics. This species was previously known from Puerto Rico , Guyana and Brazil (São Paulo State) at altitudes ranging from 5 to 85m . The species is here recorded in another coastal locality, extending its distribution southwards to Santa Catarina State, southern Brazil .
