Type locality: Russia , Amur. Diagnosis . All legs black except apex of fore coxa and femur somewhat yellow; in some species, apex of mid and hind femora also somewhat yellow ( Fig. 1 ). Antenna dark brown to blackish, subtriangular about 1.5 times wider than long ( Fig. 5 ). St5 with cluster of bristles. Male genitalia ( Fig. 9 ): End of hypandrium almost truncate. Lateral epandrial lobe thin and long, bearing 2 apical bristles. Ventral lobe of surstylus thin and long, somewhat expanded subapically. Cercus short, with weak ventral lobe. Specimens examined . 3♂ , 2♀, China : Tibet, Chayu, Shisidaoban, 2630 m , 28°54′N , 97°21′E , 2013. VII.8 , X.Y. Liu. Distribution . China (Tibet, Ningxia, Hebei, Henan, Beijing); Russia . Remarks . Recorded from Tibet for the first time.
