Remarks : This specimen collected at Verdant Vale, Trinidad , 1 January 1922 , by Sir N. Lamont, is unambiguously the holotype . It is illustrated in colour in Pl. XLV: fig. 17 ( Kaye 1925 , Kaye & Lamont 1927 ).
