( Figs 2A–2C ) LSID urn:lsid:zoobank.org:act: B61711CA-BA9E-446C-9D14-E7D648495CF7 Holotype (pinned), Myanmar , Kachin , 15 km north of Kanphant , pass of Mt. Inwa Bum , 26°10’31.9”N 98°30’03.4”E , 3020 m , 4.10.2010 , leg. S. Naumann , genitalia in glycerine vial ( MfN ). Etymology. Named for Mt. Inwabum, where the type specimen was collected. Diagnosis. The missing tergal straps and anal sclerites of the male genitalia refer this species to a clade in the R. curvata Branch. The species seems to have an isolated position due to the architecture of segment IX and the presence of a vertical fold on the median side of the coxopodite. We have not found a species with similar genitalia in the literature (cf. Kimmins 1953 ; Ross 1956 ; Schmid 1971 ; Sun & Yang 1995 ; Malicky & Yang 1995 ; Malicky & Sun 2002 ). Description. Length of each forewing 6.9 mm . Head and thorax black; maxillary palpi and antennae brown; legs pale brown, spurs darker; forewings slender, with grey-brown membrane evenly covered by short, gold-brown hairs, not forming distinct wing pattern; hind wings slender, membrane grey. Male genitalia ( Figs 2A–2C ). Segment IX ring-like, nearly parallel-sided in lateral view; coxopodite longer than harpago, with vertical fold on inner side; segment X plate-like, in horizontal position, inserted basally within segment IX, segment X separated into broad central part and pair of apicoventral processes, each bearing single bristle; phallic apparatus with thin, rod-like aedeagus, slightly longer than pair of slender parameres with bifid tips.
