Identification.
Body relatively short, robust; snout short, blunt; eyes large; vertebral scales slightly enlarged and keeled; body coloration light brown to tan; thin, black postorbital stripe extends and broadens to nape forming a black patch; small, irregular dark patches along vertebral column and flanks; iris gold. These characters are in agreement with
Tweedie (1983)
.
Remarks.
A single individual was found on a fern frond approximately
7 m
from ground.
