Material examined : 2$$, 1130 m a.s.l. , Selabintana , Mount Gede-Pangrango National Park , West Java , S 06°52′14″ E 106°57′09″ , 24-25 May 2006 , Hartini , Rofik and Darmawan leg., ex O. ( O. ) malangensis . Macrocheles entetiensis has been collected from scarabaeid beetles C. molossus , O. limbatus , O. schwaneri , O. uedai , O. ( O. ) cribratus , O. ( O. ) javaecola , O. ( O. ) malangensis , O. ( G. ) fuscopunctatus , O. ( S. ) mulleri , P. s. javanus , S. thoracicus , and unidentified species of genera Aphodius , Catharsius , and Onthophagus ( Scarabaeidae ).
