Munidopsidae
Munidopsidae
are reported throughout the Gulf of
Mexico
and the Caribbean; we used specimens found in both of these water bodies (
Fig. 11
). Specimens of 38 of the 42 species of
Munidopsidae
reported from the Gulf of
Mexico
were examined (
Table 4
). Of these, 12 had sample sizes sufficient to warrant statistical analyses.
