Theognete coleadesi Anderson , new species ( Figures 163 , 198 , 231 ) Diagnosis. Size. Length, male, 3.77–4.44mm ; female, 4.33–4.61mm . Width, male, 2.08–2.30mm ; female, 2.30–2.42mm . As for T. huitepec except scales more erect on pronotum and elytra, rostrum in male with scrobes broadly visible in dorsal view. Elytra with basal margin with low, rounded, humeral tooth. Mesosternum with deep, pilose, pit-like impression. Male with middle tibia distinctly broader along inner margin in middle, setae along inner margin longer and coarser at point of expansion. Aedeagus as in Fig. 198 . Geographical distribution . Honduras ( Santa Bárbara ). Natural history . Collected from berlese extraction of cloud forest leaf litter at an elevation of 1850– 1870m . Derivation of specific name . Through its support of the Nature Discovery Fund at the Canadian Museum of Nature, this species is named after Colin Eades of Ottawa, Ontario , Canada , as a gift upon his retirement from the Board of Trustees of the Canadian Museum of Nature.
