Diagnosis. Dorsally, the head capsule has only 17 pairs of primary setae ( Figs. 34, 35 ). The propleuron in lateral view has a curved dorsal outline; its anterior process is long and tapering only apically ( Fig. 36 ). Submentum broadly triangular, with blunt ventral posterior tip ( Fig. 37 ). The larva was described by McLachlan (1876b) and Felber (1908a , 1908b ).
