Remarks: Morelet did not state on how many specimens his description was based. This taxon has been associated with Kara Strebel, 1910 . On the basis of data published by Breure & Romero (2012) , this taxon has been placed in the Orthalicidae . Current systematic position: Orthalicidae , Kara yanamensis ( Morelet, 1863 ) .
