Length 1.8 mm . Antenna black, basiflagellomere with gray-yellow microtomentum; arista with seven rays. Frons bluish-black, shiny, Face narrow, shining blue, microtomentose medially, with transverse striae forming four parallel stout folds, face in profile very little produced, compared to eye margin; one facial seta fairly strong, located at dorsal transverse fold, and three others, of decreasing length, in line with the other transverse folds. Gena narrow, bluish black (gena-to-eye ratio 0.25). Mesonotum and scutellum black, shining. Fore coxa black, trochanter yellow, femur and tibia brownish-black. Mid and hind femora partially darkened, mid and hind tibiae yellow, all tarsi pale yellow. Wings hyaline with veins yellow-brown. Second costal section longer than third (costal vein ratio 0.3). Abdomen brown-black, shiny. Distribution. Sudan .
