Remarks.
Imadaté (1989)
stated that an additional pair of head setae were occasionally present, based on his examination of Javanese specimens. This phenomenon also was recorded for specimens from
Nepal

Hong Kong

Taiwan

Japan

). However, it was not recorded from
Thai
specimens (
Imadaté 1989
). In this survey the specimens from mixed forest did not have the additional setae, whereas the setae were observed in specimens from evergreen forest and plantation.
