Length of body 6.0 mm, of fore wing 5.5 mm and of antenna 7.0 mm. Antenna with 48 flagellomeres. Terminal flagellomere acuminate. Median flagellomeres approximately 2 x longer than wide. Occipital carina complete forming a squared lobe medio-dorsally, ventrally joining hypostomal carina. Mesopleuron largely aciculate, coarsely rugose anteriorly, precoxal sulcus weakly impressed somewhat rugose, specular area with reduced aciculate sculpture but no true speculum. Midlongitudinal propodeal carina present on anterior 0.5 only. Fore wing vein 2-CU1 1.9 x 1-CU1. Apex of fore wing subbasal cell evenly setose. Fore wing vein 3-SR 2 x vein r. Fore wing vein SR1 2.45 x vein 3-SR. Hind wing vein M+CU 1.2 x 1-M. Hind wing subbasal cell evenly setose. Hind wing vein m-cu well-developed, largely tubular, dark-pigmented, straight, interstitial. Apex of hind tibia without comb of adpressed setae. Claws with pecten of 6 or 7 tightly clustered, long pale brown, teeth on basal lobe, with large gap between these and claw proper. Dorsopes deep. 1 st tergite with large but rounded basal lobes that have a small posterior concavity. Midlongitudinal carina of 3 rd tergite distinct on anterior 0.7 of tergum. Etymology.
