( Madagascar ) Remarks.—One of four species with the hind wings piceous or piceous-brown. It can be distinguished from Y. brancsiki ( Distant, 1893 ) , Y. heathi ( Distant, 1899 ) and Y. hova ( Distant, 1901 ) by the lighter areas in the distal hind wing apical cells and lack of white margins or apical areas. The species has a body length about 38 mm and a wingspan about 108 mm ( Karsch 1890 ). Distribution.—The species is only known from Madagascar ( Metcalf 1963a ).
