(2015) described Miridiba taoi based on a male holotype and two male paratypes . We were unable to examine the types of M. taoi to study its characters. Hence, M. taoi is considered a valid species. According to antenna 9-segmented and parameres ( Li et al . 2015 ) this species is included in genital morphotype I “ Trichophora ”. Distribution China ( Taiwan) .
