Body medium to large for the tribe
Meconematini
. Fastigium verticis conical, apex rounded. Areas behind eyes with a pair of longitudinal dark black stripes, extending to posterior margin of pronotum. Wings surpassing apices of hind femora. Knees of hind femora with black spots. Posterior margin of male tenth abdominal tergite concave, with unpaired posterior process or sometimes absent. Male genitalia membranous. Ovipositor sword-shaped, apices of ventral valvulae hook-shaped.
